University of Phayao Planning Division Organizes Knowledge Development Project for Excellence

From December 9–12, 2020, the Planning Division, University of Phayao, organized the Knowledge Development for Excellence Project at Mandarava Resort & Spa, Mueang District, Krabi Province.
The project aimed to enhance knowledge in policy and planning, foster shared values, strengthen unity, and promote professionalism (UP: Unity & Professional) among Planning Division staff to ensure effective and efficient achievement of organizational goals.
The event featured Mr. Intrayut Chan-in, former Director of Budget Preparation Division, Budget Bureau (Region 4), as a guest speaker. He delivered a lecture on:
- Steps and methods for preparing annual budget proposals according to the Budget Bureau’s allocation criteria
- Budget allocation requests aligned with the National Strategic Plan
- Budget performance monitoring and evaluation
The session was opened by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thitirat Chiaosuwan, Vice President for Policy and Planning, who welcomed the speaker and officially launched the program. Asst. Prof. Dr. Sorawit Boonyathee, Assistant to the President, served as the session moderator.
Additionally, Mr. Polrob Sawasdee, Director of the Information and Communication Technology Service Center, delivered a lecture on enhancing work efficiency through IT systems, covering topics such as:
- IT trends for professionals
- Smartphone tips
- Using mobile applications to improve work efficiency
The program was attended by all staff members of the Planning Division.
