Planning Division Participates in TQA Criteria Project

On Wednesday, January 20, 2021, Ms. Thitiporn Maneechansuk, Acting Director of the Planning Division, together with unit heads, attended the TQA Criteria Project organized by the Educational Service Division at the Muang Phayao Meeting Room, Information and Communication Technology Building, University of Phayao.
The event was presided over by Asst. Prof. Dr. Chonthida Thephinlap, Vice President for Academic Affairs and Quality Assurance, who delivered the opening remarks and a lecture on “The Importance of the Thailand Quality Award (TQA) Criteria: An Introduction.”
The program included three workshops:
- Workshop 1: Service Analysis of the Unit
- Workshop 2: Analysis of Service Users and Stakeholders
- Workshop 3: Service Goals and Key Performance Indicators
The workshops were facilitated by experienced speakers:
- Asst. Prof. Dr. Namngern Chantramani
- Dr. Sorawit Boonyathee
- Asst. Prof. Dr. Porntep Rojanavasu
- Asst. Prof. Dr. Somkid Juwah
- Asst. Prof. Dr. Paralee Opasanant
Objectives
The project aimed to:
- Provide directors and unit heads with knowledge and understanding of the Thailand Quality Award (TQA) criteria
- Enable participants to apply TQA principles to organizational development
- Facilitate knowledge sharing on organizational profile writing with expert guidance
- Offer consultation to help units effectively implement TQA-based improvements
