Planning Division Organizes Workshop on “Setting and Monitoring KPIs Aligned with Organizational Goals”

On June 16, 2025, the Planning Division, University of Phayao, organized a workshop on “Setting and Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Aligned with Organizational Goals.”
The event was honored by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Supakorn Pongbangpho, President of the University of Phayao, who presided over the opening ceremony.
Objectives
The workshop aimed to enhance the capacity and knowledge of staff from various divisions and units in:
- Designing KPIs aligned with the university’s strategic objectives
- Effectively monitoring and evaluating performance outcomes
Keynote Speaker
The session featured Mr. Nattapat Lopraditpong, National Quality Award (TQA) Assessor, who shared insights and practical experience on:
- Developing high-quality KPIs
- Promoting a results-oriented and quality-driven organizational culture
- Applying effective strategies for KPI monitoring and evaluation
The workshop emphasized linking KPIs to strategic goals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in performance management. This initiative marks an important step toward organizational excellence and sustainable development through results-based management and clear evaluation processes.
The program was held from June 16–17, 2025, at the Muang Phayao Meeting Room, Information and Communication Technology Building, University of Phayao, with 150 participants, including vice presidents, deans, associate deans for planning, policy and planning analysts, and planning officers.
