Planning Division Staff Participate in Wreath-Laying Ceremony on the 15th Anniversary of the University of Phayao’s Establishment

On July 17, 2025, the head and staff of the Planning Division joined the wreath-laying ceremony and royal homage to King Naresuan the Great on the occasion of the 15th Anniversary of the University of Phayao’s establishment.
The ceremony was presided over by Prof. (Special) Attapol Yaisawang, Chair of the University Council, along with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Supakorn Pongbangpho, President of the University of Phayao, university executives, staff, students, as well as representatives from government agencies and the private sector in Phayao Province.
Participants offered floral tributes and ceremonial offerings before the statue of King Naresuan the Great to honor his benevolence and express loyalty to the monarchy.
The event also featured the presentation of Outstanding Personnel Awards for administrative, academic, and support staff for the year 2025, held at Phaya Ngam Muang Auditorium.
