Planning Division Organizes Knowledge Management Project (KM) – Session 1 for FY 2026

On October 15, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM, the Planning Division, University of Phayao, held the first Knowledge Management (KM) session for Fiscal Year 2026.
The objectives were to:
- Announce the Planning Division’s operational calendar for FY 2026
- Communicate university policies and management guidelines for FY 2026–2030
- Explain how to align unit-level strategic indicators with the university’s strategic plan
- Outline the framework for FY 2027 national budget proposals
- Review best practices from FY 2025
- Clarify the procurement plan approval process

Speaker: Asst. Prof. Dr. Sorawit Boonyathee, Assistant to the President - University policy and management guidelines for FY 2026–2030,

The session was attended by 140 participants, including Associate Deans for Planning, Heads of Offices, and planning officers, and was held at the Active Learning Classroom, Integrated Learning Building (CE), University of Phayao.
