On Wednesday, November 5, 2025, from 08:30 AM to 12:00 PM, the Planning Division, University of Phayao, held its second Knowledge Management (KM) session for Fiscal Year 2026, focusing on procurement processes.
The event was honored by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thitirat Chiewsuwan, Vice President for Policy and Planning, who presided over the opening ceremony.

Objectives
The project aimed to:

• Provide participants involved in procurement with knowledge and understanding of government procurement practices
• Enhance efficiency and accuracy in procurement and contract management
• Address common issues and obstacles in procurement and contract administration, enabling participants to apply solutions effectively in their work
