Planning Division Organizes Workshop on Strategic Budget Setting in the e-Budget System

On November 12, 2025, from 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the Planning Division, University of Phayao, organized a hands-on workshop on strategic budget setting in the e-Budget system.
The event was honored by Asst. Prof. Sorawit Boonyathee, M.D., Assistant to the President, who delivered the opening remarks and led the briefing session.
Objectives
The workshop aimed to:
- Enhance the efficiency and capacity of staff responsible for planning and users of the e-Budget system
- Promote a unified understanding of how to set strategic budgets for each unit within the system
- Reduce operational issues and provide a platform for Q&A and feedback from participants
The session was held at the Borwon Rattanaprasit Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Office of the President Building, University of Phayao, and was also accessible online via Microsoft Teams.
