Monday, February 8, 2021, University of Phayao, Planning Division, held a meeting of the Working Group on Integrity and Transparency in Operations Unit level 1, to clarify the framework of guidelines and prepare for the assessment of the integrity and transparency of the operation of the University of Phayao. as well as introducing the use of the UP ITA system at the UB002 meeting room, 99th Anniversary Building, Phra Upali Khunupamachan University of Phayao

Vice President for Policy and Planning Associate Professor Dr. Thitirat Chiewsuwan gave a welcome speech and opened the meeting. Including introducing the process of using the UP ITA system of the University of Phayao The assessment will take place by February 2021, with the content and procedures being updated to be more complete. for the agency to develop continuously

Then the Assistant Rector Dr. Sorawit Boonytee gave a lecture on Framework for Evaluation of Integrity and Transparency in Operations of government agencies Fiscal Year 2021 and the use of the UP ITA system, including informing the framework of the UP ITA system operating calendar for the fiscal year 2021, as well as to the attendees Conduct training experiments on how to use the UP TA system and the roles of executives and ADMIN in driving and monitoring IIT and EIT assessment tools in the prepared notebook computer or tablet.

At the end, the Assistant Rector Dr. Sorawit Bunyatee gave a lecture and practice of developing information for dissemination according to OIT assessment criteria and the review of the University of Phayao's performance in fiscal year 2020, and exchanged opinions and answered questions.
