Friday, April 8, 2022, Department of Planning, University of Phayao, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Chatthip Chaichakan, Assistant to the President, Ms. Thitiporn Maneechansuk, Acting Director of the Planning Division along with the supervisor and personnel from the Planning Division attended the ceremony of the rector and seniors in the Songkran Festival of Phayao University for the year 2022, with Associate Professor Dr. Supakorn Pongbangpho, President of University of Phayao presided over the ceremony and gave blessings to Phayao University personnel at the garden courtyard behind the Office of the President The participants in the ceremony dress in traditional costumes. and in the event there are operations according to preventive measures against the spread of COVID-19
