On 24 – 27 November 2022, the Planning Division organized a workshop project on planning and budget management systems, activity 1, development of competency and operational skills through the e-Budget system to manage the project according to the University of Phayao strategic development plan. In organizing this project was honored by Associate Professor Dr. Thitirat Cheewsuwan, Vice President for Policy and Planning presided over the opening ceremony of the workshop project The organization of this training workshop project intended for

1. To develop competencies and skills in performing tasks through the e-Budget system.
2. To manage the project according to the University of Phayao Strategic Development Plan
3. To provide planning and budget practitioners with knowledge and understanding of planning. and manage projects more efficiently
4. To enhance the efficiency of the network of users of the e-Budget system to their full potential, with knowledge and understanding going in the same direction.

Project measurement and evaluation. of the University of Phayao, was honored by Assistant Professor Dr. Chatthip Chaichakan, Assistant to the President Lecture on the 13th National Economic and Social Development Plan, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Biobased Economy (BCG), and Creative Economy for balanced growth of higher education institutions, learning workshop activities To develop competencies and skills (SMART BUDGET) Lesson 1 – 2 on setting up projects and filling out project details by the Planning Division team and learning workshop activities To develop competencies and skills (SMART BUDGET) Lesson 3 – 4 in setting up a procurement plan in the project disbursement of the budget in the project and project results reporting by the team of Planning Division, Finance and Supplies Division, Office of the President and jointly conduct CSR activities towards the SDG 14 Life Below Water Sustainable Development Goals. Total of 51 people at Long Beach Garden Hotel and Spa, Pattaya City, Chonburi Province. In organizing this project, there were participants in the workshop.
