Guidelines for Complaints, Complaints should be submitted with complete details as specified below:

• Please provide information including your full name, email, contact number, subject, and details clearly. This is necessary for the verification of the complaint or additional factual information, allowing us to proceed further and report back to you.

• In cases where the full name or contact information is not disclosed, it will be considered an "anonymous complaint." If there is no clear evidence or witnesses provided to support the investigation of the facts, the Planning Division of the University of Phayao may not accept or consider the complaint.

• Your information will be kept strictly confidential.
