The Planning Division Received a Certificate of Honor for Outstanding Model Agency with a High Integrity and Transparency Assessment (UP ITA) Score for Fiscal Year 2023 at Level AA

On April 26, 2023, the head of the Strategic Planning Office of the Planning Division, along with relevant staff members, was assigned by the director of the Planning Division to attend the 8th meeting (1/2566) of the Risk Management, Internal Control, and Transparency Committee at the University of Phayao, held in the Baworn Rattanaprasit Meeting Room, University President’s Office Building. The meeting aimed to exchange knowledge and collaboratively improve the integrity and transparency operations for the fiscal year 2023 and beyond with the network of agencies within the University of Phayao.

During this meeting, the head of the Strategic Planning Office received a certificate of honor for being an Outstanding Model Agency with a high integrity and transparency assessment score (UP Integrity and Transparency Assessment: UP ITA) for fiscal year 2023 at Level AA from Associate Professor Dr. Supakorn Pongsabapho, the university president. This recognition was based on the agency’s participation in the integrity and transparency assessment system (UP ITA) for fiscal year 2023, which consisted of three assessment components: internal stakeholder perception measurement (IIT), external stakeholder perception measurement (EIT), and public data disclosure measurement (OIT), in accordance with the criteria set by the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC).

The Planning Division achieved a UP ITA score of 97.54 at Level AA among 39 internal agencies at the University of Phayao, maintaining an Excellence level (AA) from fiscal years 2021 to 2023. Furthermore, the staff of the Planning Division will continue to adhere to and promote the principles of virtue, ethics, and transparency in their operations, ensuring good governance moving forward.
