This research aims to survey satisfaction with the management system for planning and budgeting services at Phayao University across four areas: effectiveness and benefits of the system, design, consultation for usage, and support for usage. The survey was conducted through online questionnaires distributed to 34 staff members at Phayao University involved in using the system, including heads of offices, heads of planning units, and individuals responsible for planning from various departments and units.
The study found that the overall level of satisfaction with the planning and budgeting management system at Phayao University across all four areas was rated as very high. Considering the average scores from a total of 5 points, the area of consultation for usage had the highest average score of 4.60, followed by support for usage with an average score of 4.29, effectiveness and benefits of the system with an average score of 4.27, and design with the lowest average score of 4.24, respectively.
