On July 21, 2023, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, the Planning Division of Phayao University organized the first knowledge management (KM) activity on the management system for planning and budgeting (e-Budget) for 2023. The event was chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Sarayuth Rariengchai, the Assistant Rector. The purpose of this activity was to enhance the efficiency of the e-Budget user network, ensuring that users have knowledge and understanding in the same direction while reducing operational problems. It also aimed to clarify understanding before the commencement of operations in the 2024 fiscal year.
At the end of the activity, the strategic planning calendar of Phayao University was announced, covering topics such as the 20-Year Excellence Development Plan for Phayao University (Fiscal Year 2024-2043), the 5-Year Strategic Development Plan for Phayao University (Fiscal Year 2024-2028), and the Operational Plan for Phayao University for Fiscal Year 2024 (1-Year Plan). The announcement was made by Associate Professor Dr. Thitirath Chiewsuwan, the Assistant Rector for Policy and Planning, along with a presentation on strategic planning for Phayao University by Assistant Professor Dr. Sarayuth Rariengchai. A total of 144 participants registered for the event, which took place in Room Phu Kam Yao 2 (PKY 2), the second floor of the main building at Phayao University.
