On August 9-10, 2023, the Planning Division, led by the Director and section heads, participated in the EdPEx workshop focusing on support processes. The event was inaugurated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Supakorn Phongsangboon, President of Phayao University.
The workshop featured Assoc. Prof. Dr. Anan Mungwattanakorn, an expert on the EdPEx system with experience in assessing EdPEx for the Office of the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation. He is also a member of the National Quality Award Subcommittee and a faculty member at the Faculty of Engineering, Kasetsart University. Dr. Anan provided insights on establishing operational processes, defining process indicators, and developing operational procedures aimed at excellence.
The goal of the training was to enable administrators and support staff to apply the knowledge gained to improve their respective work processes and support their units in line with the educational quality standards for excellence. This initiative is intended to foster continuous and sustainable improvements in educational quality.
The project was organized by the Institute of Learning Innovation at the Muang Phayao Conference Room (ICT 1247), Information and Communication Technology Building, Phayao University.
