On October 11, 2023, Ms. Ampika Amputh (Head of the Strategic Planning Section) received a certificate of honor from the President of the University of Phayao. The Planning Division was awarded an honorable mention in the category of departments for the UP DMS RANKING AWARDS 2023.
The Document Management System (UP DMS) facilitates the sending and receiving of documents, proposing, commanding, and signing documents, as well as circulating and storing documents using digital signatures. This system ensures security and enables document retrieval, reducing operational steps and minimizing costs associated with paper use. It serves as the primary system utilized by the Planning Division for managing and processing various documents within the university.
