The Planning Division organized a workshop titled “Developing Strategic Plans for Excellence (Excellence in Work Processes).” The objective of this project is to promote and support personnel in developing their knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as to provide opportunities for staff to enhance their capabilities to advance to higher positions.
The workshop featured distinguished speakers, including Assistant Professor Dr. Sarayoth Raengraengjai (Assistant to the President) and Dr. Sarawit Boonyathi (Assistant to the President). The training activities included lectures on the work processes and how to document the work processes of the Planning Division, group activities for brainstorming to create work processes, presentations analyzing, planning, and setting goals for each task, and integrating work processes collaboratively.
This project took place from October 19-21, 2023, at Phu Fah Waree Chiang Rai Resort.
