On November 17, 2023, the Planning Division organized the 10th meeting (3/2566) of the Risk Management, Internal Control, and Transparency Committee at Baworn Rattanaprasit Meeting Room, Office of the President, University of Phayao, and via electronic media. The meeting was chaired by the President of the University of Phayao, with participation from various committee members, including:
- Vice President for Policy and Planning (Secretary)
- Vice President for Corporate Communication
- Vice President for Academic Affairs
- Vice President for Student Quality
- Head of Academic Units
- Assistant Vice Presidents
- Head of University Administration
- Other support staff
A total of 51 participants attended the meeting in person, while 2 joined via electronic media.
Objectives of the Meeting
The meeting aimed to present the following for consideration:
- Report on the implementation of the risk management and internal control plan (RM-R12) at the university and college/division/department/center/unit level for the 12-month period of the fiscal year 2023.
- Report on internal control at the university level for the fiscal year 2023.
- Risk management and internal control plan (RM-Plan) at the university and college/division/department/center/unit level for the fiscal year 2024.
- Calendar of operations for risk management, internal control, and transparency at the University of Phayao for the fiscal year 2024.
The committee collaboratively reviewed the information and provided recommendations to ensure that risk management, internal control, and transparency operations at the university and at the college/division/department/center/unit levels are effectively aligned with relevant guidelines. The Planning Division will submit related reports to the Risk Management, Internal Control, and Transparency Committee of the University of Phayao for further consideration.
