On January 10, 2024, the Planning Division of the University of Phayao held a planning meeting to prepare public data disclosure (Open Data Integrity and Transparency Assessment: OIT) at the University of Phayao for the Fiscal Year 2024. The meeting involved 11 internal units of the university and took place at the Planning Division meeting room on the 3rd floor of the Office of the President building.
The objective of the meeting was to provide opportunities for relevant internal units with key responsibilities under the related performance indicators to participate in analyzing the public data disclosure for the Fiscal Year 2023. Additionally, it aimed to plan the improvement of public data disclosure for the Fiscal Year 2024. Responsible units at the university level were assigned to refine the data in line with the recommendations made during the meeting, according to the ITA assessment criteria on public data disclosure for 2024.
The meeting was attended by key figures such as the Vice President for Policy and Planning (meeting chair), Assistant Professor Dr. Sarayoj Rarengjai, Assistant to the President, the Director of the Planning Division, the Risk and Transparency Management Support Unit Head, and the Strategic Planning Unit Head. Representatives from various internal units, including the Office of the President, Legal Affairs Division, Communications Division, Information Technology Center, University Hospital, Educational Services Division, Learning Innovation Institute, Student Affairs Division, Personnel Division, and Administrative Division, also participated. A total of 40 people attended.
The meeting resolved to assign the responsible university units to implement the suggested improvements, ensuring that the university’s data aligns with the ITA evaluation indicators. The Planning Division was tasked with following up on the progress and presenting the refined data to the university’s Risk Management, Internal Control, and Transparency Committee for approval. Once approved, the data will be submitted to the ITAS system of the National Anti-Corruption Commission.
