The Planning Division of the University of Phayao held an internal meeting to foster organizational culture in line with the No Gift Policy, as well as to plan for the UP ITA (Integrity and Transparency Assessment) evaluation for the fiscal year 2024.

On January 25, 2024, the Director of the Planning Division convened a meeting with staff at the Planning Division’s Meeting Room 1, located on the 3rd floor of the Office of the President building, University of Phayao. The meeting aimed to promote a culture of integrity by adhering to the "No Gift Policy" in official duties. Additionally, the team discussed planning for the department's data submission for the 2024 UP ITA evaluation.

Meeting Objectives and Key Resolutions

• The Director reaffirmed the strict enforcement of the No Gift Policy for fiscal year 2024, effective from January 23, 2024, and symbolically declared the office’s commitment to anti-corruption efforts through a team photo.
• The meeting analyzed the previous year’s performance on the Open Data Integrity and Transparency Assessment (OIT) and outlined improvements for the 2024 fiscal year. Specific tasks were assigned to responsible staff to ensure alignment with evaluation criteria.
• Department heads were assigned to:
  1. Monitor and report on data preparation for the UP ITA evaluation, focusing on indicators 9 (open data) and 10 (anti-corruption measures).
  2. Oversee compliance with the No Gift Policy and report any deviations to the Director annually.
  3. Ensure adequate promotion and communication for internal (IIT) and external (EIT) integrity and transparency assessments to meet required minimum criteria.
