On February 20, 2024, the Planning Division held a meeting to officially hand over the University of Phayao's Procurement Management System to the Central Procurement Division under the Facilities and Infrastructure Department. This followed the development of the e-Budget system, which manages plans and budgets, primarily used by three groups: policy analysts, financial and accounting officers, and procurement officers.
To ensure smooth management in accordance with the Public Procurement Act and the division of responsibilities, the procurement functions were separated from the e-Budget system and established as the “University of Phayao Procurement Management System.” This system handles procurement documentation processes for procurement officers across all units and departments within the university.
The meeting was held at the Planning Division meeting room, on the 3rd floor of the Office of the President Building.
