On February 21, 2024, the Planning Division and the Facilities Division (Procurement Department) of the University of Phayao participated in the first consultation session on guidelines for the Integrity and Transparency Assessment (ITA) for fiscal year 2024. This event was specifically designed for departments under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation (MHESI), as well as higher education institutions (Univ ITA Clinic). The session focused on Sub-indicator 9.2 (Management and Budgeting: O7-O9) and Sub-indicator 9.3 (Procurement: O14-O17), conducted via Zoom Meetings in the Planning Division Meeting Room 1 on the 3rd floor of the Office of the President building, University of Phayao. A total of 10 participants attended the meeting.
The objective of the session was to provide knowledge and understanding to relevant staff at each institution regarding topics such as: “Strategic or Development Plans (O7), Progress and Annual Budget Utilization Plans (O8), Procurement Listings (O14), Procurement Announcements (O15), Procurement Progress (O16), and Annual Procurement Summary Reports (O17).” Additionally, participants exchanged examples of how to prepare information for each of these topics among the group of higher education institutions.
