On March 1, 2024, the University of Phayao, through its Planning Division, organized a project aimed at promoting morality and transparency within the university's operations for the 2024 fiscal year. The event was held at Phu Kham Yao Room 2 (PKY 2), 2nd floor, Main Building, University of Phayao, and was also conducted online via electronic media. The event was presided over by Associate Professor Dr. Thitirat Chiewsuwan, Vice President for Policy and Planning, with the project team, including Dr. Sorawit Boonyathee, Assistant to the President, the Director of the Planning Division, the heads of risk management, budget, strategic planning, administration, and strategic information divisions, as well as staff from the Planning Division.
The project featured several distinguished speakers, including Assistant Professor Prathompong Thongrod, Vice President for Legal Affairs and Assets, Assistant Professor Udom Ngammuangsakul, Dean of the Faculty of Law, and Assistant Professor Krisda Jaikaewti, Deputy Dean for Administration, Faculty of Law. A total of 142 university executives and staff participated in the event.

This session covered the country's anti-corruption reform plan and the announcement of the No Gift Policy for the 2024 fiscal year, along with reporting requirements. - "Key Aspects of Receiving Assets or Benefits in Accordance with Section 128 of the 2018 Organic Act on Anti-Corruption"
This included details from the 2023 National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) regulations on the acceptance of gifts by state officials and the required reporting of such gifts. - "Key Information on the Corruption Perceptions Index 2023"
