On March 8, 2024, the University of Phayao, through its Planning Division, in collaboration with the Student Affairs Division and Asset Management Division, organized a meeting for external stakeholders of the university. The event, held in the Chuchart Kietpang Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Office of the President Building, was attended by students, vendors, and companies affiliated with the university.
The objective of the event was to raise awareness among external stakeholders about the Integrity and Transparency Assessment (ITA) process for 2024. This initiative provided an opportunity for external stakeholders (EIT) to offer feedback on the university's operations and management through the External Integrity and Transparency Assessment (EIT) survey. The process followed the guidelines of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC). A total of 55 participants attended the event.
The event was supported by NACC officials who helped collect feedback from external stakeholders via the EIT survey (Part 2) through an online platform, Zoom Meeting.
Collecting data from external stakeholders (EIT) is a key indicator in the 2024 ITA assessment. The NACC is responsible for gathering and analyzing this feedback from external stakeholders, which helps the university gain insight into how outsiders perceive their operations. The EIT survey allows organizations to understand the perspectives of external parties, leading to continuous improvement in transparency and governance. The survey focuses on three key performance indicators: quality of operations, communication effectiveness, and system improvement.
