On April 4, 2024, the Planning Division of the University of Phayao, led by Assistant to the President, Asst. Prof. Dr. Sarayoth Raroengjai, along with the Head of Risk Management and Transparency Support, held a meeting to review and update the university’s Integrity and Transparency Assessment (ITA) related to public disclosure (Open Data Integrity and Transparency Assessment: OIT) for Fiscal Year 2024. The meeting included four key departments: Student Affairs, Finance, Educational Services, and Research Administration, and took place in Meeting Room 1 on the third floor of the Office of the President.
The purpose of the meeting was to ensure that the responsible university departments met the OIT indicators for public disclosure in alignment with the requirements for Fiscal Year 2024. This included Indicator 9.2 on Management and Budget, specifically addressing the following sub-indicators: O10 (Operational Manuals for Staff), O11 (Service Manuals for Users or Visitors), O12 (Service Statistics), and O13 (E-Service). Departments were tasked with updating their operational data to ensure it was complete, clear, and aligned with the defined elements.
The Planning Division was assigned to follow up with responsible departments to ensure compliance before submitting the revised OIT data to the University of Phayao's Risk Management, Internal Control, and Transparency Committee for approval. The final approval will be sought from the authorized decision-makers for the university’s OIT for Fiscal Year 2024.
