On Wednesday, January 20, 2021, the Acting Director of the Planning Division, Ms. Thitiporn Maneejansuk, along with the heads of the Planning Division, participated in the TQA Criteria project organized by the Office of Educational Services at the Muang Phayao Conference Room, Information Technology and Communication Building, University of Phayao. The event was presided over by the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Quality Assurance, Assistant Professor Dr. Chontida Thep Hinlap, who opened the project and gave a lecture on “The Importance of the National Quality Award Criteria (TQA) - An Introduction.”
Afterwards, the program included Workshop 1: Service Analysis of the Organization, Workshop 2: Analyzing Service Users and Related Parties, and Workshop 3: Goals and Service Indicators. The speakers included Assistant Professor Dr. Namnueng Chantharamanee, Dr. Sarawit Boonyathie, Assistant Professor Dr. Pornthep Rojanavasu, Assistant Professor Dr. Somkid Juwa, and Assistant Professor Dr. Paralee Opasanant.
The objective of this project was to provide directors of divisions/centers and heads of departments with knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Award criteria and to enable them to apply the knowledge gained to develop their organizations according to the National Quality Award guidelines. Additionally, it aimed to facilitate personnel exchanges of knowledge regarding organizational outline writing with experienced speakers and to provide consultation to the departments, allowing them to apply the knowledge acquired to benefit their organizations further.
