On Thursday, May 2, 2024, at 9:00 AM, the Planning Division, represented by Mr. Ritthichai Maneetip, Head of Strategic Information, and Mr. Suphachai Janta-ut, Computer Scientist, had the honor of serving as guest speakers for the Knowledge Exchange Program on Procurement (KM) for Fiscal Year 2024. The program was organized by the Buildings and Grounds Division.
The objective of the program was to provide attendees with knowledge and experiences that could be applied effectively in their roles. It also aimed to inform participants about the preparation of procurement documents, specifically forms UP.KK.01 and UP.KK.02 for procurements under 100,000 baht (e-budget), as well as the process for handling procurements between 100,000 and 500,000 baht through the electronic procurement system (e-GP), ensuring uniformity across the process.
A total of 120 staff members responsible for procurement from various departments participated in the event, which took place in the Muang Phayao Conference Room, Information and Communication Technology Building, University of Phayao.
