Planning Division Organizes Aerobic Dance Activity (May Edition) as Part of the Good Health and Well-Being: BMI Challenge Project

The staff of the Planning Division at the University of Phayao organized the aerobic dance activity as part of the "Good Health and Well-Being: BMI Challenge Project," which runs from January 9 to July 31, 2024. The activity for May's first session took place on May 8, 2024, in the Planning Division room on the 3rd floor of the Office of the University President.

The purpose of the activity is to focus on promoting well-being within the University of Phayao by encouraging university staff to maintain good physical health. The project promotes regular exercise activities such as walking, dancing, running, and more across all departments to highlight the importance of health through physical activity.
