The Planning Division of the University of Phayao organized the "Work Process Development and Networking" project aimed at enhancing knowledge for excellence within the division. The project’s objectives were to support and promote the mission of the University of Phayao by improving work processes, engaging stakeholders, and building relationships to foster collaboration. This allowed the Planning Division’s staff to brainstorm on development strategies aligned with the university's strategic plan for 2024–2028 and strengthen team relationships.
Assistant Professor Dr. Sarayoth Raerengjai, Assistant to the President, opened the event and delivered a lecture on organizational quality improvement using EdPEx (Education Criteria for Performance Excellence). Additionally, Dr. Sorawit Boonyathee, Assistant to the President, gave a talk on cultivating organizational culture to achieve sustainable organizational performance, while Ms. Thitiporn Maneechansuk, Acting Director of the Planning Division, led a workshop focused on building networks with stakeholders.
The project also featured a session summarizing the development of the university's shared values, with a focus on "P = Professional" and "P = Professional IT." The event took place from May 18–21, 2024, at the Maneetel Hotel, Mueang District, Krabi Province.
