On June 12, 2024, the University of Phayao, through the Planning Division, organized the 13th meeting of the Risk Management, Internal Control, and Transparency Committee (3/2567) at the conference room of the Royal Initiative Plant Genetic Conservation Project Building (RSPG), University of Phayao. The meeting was chaired by the university president and attended by vice presidents, academic unit heads, assistant presidents, university management heads, as well as the vice president for policy and planning, who served as a committee member and secretary. The assistant president, Dr. Sarayod Raruengjai, and the director of the Planning Division also served as committee members and assistant secretaries.
Meeting Objectives:
- To review and approve the performance results of the university's six-month risk management and internal control plan (RM-R6) for the fiscal year 2024.
- To review and approve the performance results of unit-level six-month risk management and internal control plans (RM-R6) for the fiscal year 2024.
- To review and approve the evaluation results of the UP Integrity and Transparency Assessment (UP ITA) for fiscal year 2024, involving 40 units.
Additionally, Associate Professor Dr. Supakorn Phongsabangpho, the president of the University of Phayao, presented certificates of recognition to units with excellent or good scores in the UP ITA evaluation for fiscal year 2024. The recognition aimed to boost morale and promote integrity and transparency within the university's operations.
