The Planning Division, led by Ms. Thitiporn Maneejansuk, Acting Director of the Planning Division, along with department heads and staff, participated in the wreath-laying ceremony to honor King Naresuan the Great. The ceremony was held in conjunction with the 14th anniversary of the founding of the University of Phayao under the theme “14 Years of Wisdom Creation for Community Innovation and Global Sustainability.” The event took place at the King Naresuan the Great Monument, University of Phayao.
Dr. Somkiat Chopphol, Vice-Chairman of the University of Phayao Council, along with Associate Professor Dr. Supakorn Phongsabangpo, President of the University of Phayao, administrators, staff, and students, attended the ceremony, which is held annually on July 17. This year, Mr. Puthana Chomphuming, Deputy Governor of Phayao Province, and representatives from government and private sectors in Phayao Province, also attended to offer wreaths and pay homage in front of the King Naresuan the Great Monument to commemorate his great deeds and express loyalty to the monarchy.
