On July 23, 2024, the Planning Division of the University of Phayao held the 3rd Strategic Action Plan Training Program (from July 23 to 25, 2024). The purpose of the training is to provide knowledge to university executives, policy analysts, and planning staff on strategic planning, creating action plans, and implementing strategic plans. The program also covers the communication of operational strategies and performance measurement systems, serving as guidelines to drive the development of faculties and departments in alignment with the direction of the university's development.
The goal is to achieve the vision of “University of Phayao: Creating Wisdom for Sustainable Community Innovation and Global Integration.” The training featured guest speaker Asst. Prof. Natthaphat Lopraditphong, National Quality Award Assessor, who provided insights on topics such as strategy, one-page plans, long-term master plans, and action plans.
A total of 150 participants, including vice presidents, deans, deputy deans, policy analysts, and planning staff, attended the event held at the Active Learning Classroom in the General Education Building (CE) at the University of Phayao.
