On October 16, 2024, at 7:30 PM, the Planning Division of the University of Phayao hosted the Abhidhamma funeral service for Father Huang Ngenyen, father of Miss Rattiya Ngenyen, a policy and planning analyst of the administration section. The ceremony took place at House No. 11, Moo 12, Mae Ka Subdistrict, Mueang District, Phayao Province.
The service was led by Associate Professor Dr.Thitirat Chiewsuwan, Vice President for Policy and Planning, alongside Miss Thitiporn Maneejansuk, Acting Director of the Planning Division, along with department heads and staff from the University of Phayao's Planning Division. The ceremony proceeded smoothly, honoring the memory of Father Huang Ngenyen with dignity and respect.
In addition to the funeral service, the staff of the Planning Division also offered their support and condolences to the family of Father Huang Ngenyen, helping them through this difficult time with strength and solidarity.
