On December 14, 2024, the Planning Division held the 11th meeting of the Risk Management, Internal Control, and Transparency Committee of the University of Phayao (2/2567) at Buffalo Village Tongna Cottage Natural Resort, Chiang Mai, and via electronic media. The meeting was led by Dr. Somkiat Chobphon (Chairman), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Worakorn Samkoset (Committee Member), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kraiwoot Kiatkomol (Committee Member), Mr. Anek Meemongkol (Committee Member), the Vice President for Policy and Planning (Committee Member and Secretary), Asst. Prof. Dr. Sarayut Rarueangjai (Assistant Secretary), the Director of the Planning Division (Assistant Secretary), and the Secretariat. Presenters included Assoc. Prof. Dr. Supakorn Pongsabangpho (President of the University of Phayao), Prof. Dr. Samoe Thanoi (Vice President for Research and Innovation), Asst. Prof. Dr. Chontida Thephinlap (Vice President for Academic Affairs), Dr. Wutthichai Chairinkham (Vice President for Student Quality), Asst. Prof. Suwit Panyawong (Vice President for Environment and Landscape), Lecturer Prathompong Thongrod (Vice President for Legal and Property Affairs), and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ekkasit Wongrat (Chairman of the University of Phayao Staff Council).
Purpose of the Meeting:
- To review the 12-month performance report on university-level risk management and internal control (RM-R12) for the fiscal year 2024.
- To review the university-level internal control report for the fiscal year 2024.
- To review the university-level risk management and internal control plan (RM-Plan) for the fiscal year 2025.
The meeting concluded with approval and recommendations for the above reports. The Planning Division was tasked with informing relevant university departments to review and update the information accordingly. The Planning Division will present the risk management and internal control operations for the fiscal years 2024-2025 to the University of Phayao Audit Committee and the University Council for acknowledgment.
