The Office of Planning organized a training session on "Comment and Coaching for Organizational Framework Development" from March 21-22, 2022. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thitirat Chiewsuwan, Vice President for Policy and Planning at the University of Phayao, opened the event, which featured Mr. Suwit Jensawadphong, Manager of the Organizational Management Division at the Thailand Productivity Institute, as the keynote speaker. He discussed the alignment between the organizational framework, processes, and outcomes.
The training aimed to enhance participants' understanding of the principles of the Thailand Quality Award (TQA). It was designed to provide knowledge on strategic management and organizational framework development, equipping participants with the ability to apply this knowledge to improve their organizations in pursuit of EdPEx200 standards. The University of Phayao aims to achieve external educational quality evaluations based on EdPEx200 criteria and the Thailand Quality Class (TQC) awards from the 2022 academic year onward.
A total of 240 participants, including administrators, faculty members, and staff, attended the training, which was conducted online via Zoom.
