On Friday, May 20, 2022, the Planning Division organized a training program titled “Linking University Development Strategy with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).” The program was officially opened by Associate Professor Dr. Thitirat Chiewsuwan, Vice President for Policy and Planning, who outlined the objectives of the training, focusing on how to integrate the university’s development strategy with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Assistant Professor Dr. Chatthip Chaichakran, Assistant to the President, delivered a lecture on linking the university’s strategic development plan to the SDGs, while Ms. Ampika Amputh, Head of Strategic Planning at the Planning Division, discussed how to align departmental projects with the SDGs. The training aimed to provide participants with a clear understanding of how to link their strategic plans with the SDGs, enabling them to develop strategies for their own departments.
The event took place at the Muang Phayao Conference Room in the Information and Communication Technology Building, University of Phayao, and was attended by over 150 participants, including deans, deputy deans, directors, policy analysts, and planning officers.
