On February 2, 2023, the Planning Division organized a training program titled "Balanced Scorecard (BSC) to Report Project Success According to the Action Plan for the Fiscal Year 2023 in the e-Budget Management System" for personnel involved in the project reporting within the e-Budget system and related staff of various departments. The training was honored to have Associate Professor Dr. Thitirat Chiewsuwan, Deputy President for Policy and Planning, preside over the opening ceremony. Additionally, Assistant Professor Dr. Piyapong Saengkaew, head of the Economics program in the Faculty of Business Administration and Communication Arts at Phayao University, served as the lecturer on the topic "Balanced Scorecard (BSC)."
The purpose of this training was to enhance the competencies and skills of personnel in using the e-Budget system and to strengthen the effectiveness of the e-Budget user network, ensuring they operate at full potential with shared knowledge and understanding. A total of 155 participants registered for the training at ICT1107 Room in the Faculty of Information Technology and Communication, Phayao University.
