On February 24, 2023, the Planning Division, led by Mr. Rittichai Maneetip, Head of Strategic Information Division, and Mr. Suphachai Jantatum, Computer Specialist, participated in the first Knowledge Exchange Project on Procurement (KM) of 2023. The project was honored to have Assistant Professor Suwit Panyawong, Acting Vice President for Environment and Landscape, as the chairperson to open the project.
The objective of the project was to clarify to personnel about correct procurement processes according to the Procurement and Supplies Management Act, as well as to explain budget expenditures to the attending personnel. This aimed to ensure transparency, honesty, and integrity in budget usage, free from corruption. There was also a lecture on the ethics and morality of procurement personnel, including discussions on issues and questions related to procurement operations, followed by a Q&A session on procurement issues at the Boworn Rattanaprasit Meeting Room, Office of the President Building, University of Phayao.
