On April 19, 2023, personnel from the Planning Division participated in the "Water Pouring Ceremony for the President and Elders on the Occasion of the Songkran Festival at Phayao University for the Year 2023." This event was organized by the Student Activities Office of Phayao University to express respect and gratitude toward elders, seek forgiveness for any unintentional disrespect from juniors, and to request blessings for good fortune in work and life. The activities included the ceremonial washing of Buddha statues and the statue of King Naresuan the Great, as well as the traditional water pouring ceremony for the university president and senior executives, in accordance with the good cultural traditions of the Lanna region, held at the multipurpose area behind the university president's office.
